For Children
Do you notice that your child: Walks funny… Falls down quite often? Has a bad posture? Or is your child often complaining about: Foot pain? Lower leg pain? Knee pain? Hip pain? Lower back pain? Or has your child being diagnosed with: Growing pain? Severs Disease? Osgood-Schlatter Disease?…
Growing pain affects many children between the age of 3 and 6 in their limbs (mostly their legs). The pain typically start late in the day, particularly at night, and is more likely to occur after increased activity. The level of distress varies from complaints by some children to crying and screaming by others, depending on the intensity of the pain.
Severe types and painful flat feet, in-toeing, out-toeing, and any sort of pain or complaint in the child’s lower limb should always be monitored and treated as early as possible.
Proper care and treatment of the feet begins in the childhood and will help prevent many of the mechanical and orthopedic problems seen in adults. In-toeing, out-toeing, hammertoes, heel pain, shin splint, knee pain and even back pain, are a few of the ailments that can be corrected early in life to avoid future foot and posture problems.
Protect your child’s Feet and Posture especially when doing Competitive Sports and Dancing.
